Jimmy John's - Sprouters Northwest Slamonella Outbreak Lawsuits

Marler Clark represented several Washington and Oregon residents who were victims of a December 2010 Salmonella outbreak caused by sprouts manufactured by Sprouters Northwest. At least seven people were sickened in the outbreak.

Sprouters Northwest distributed its products to merchants such as Jimmy John’s, as well as to grocery stores. After discovering the outbreak, the Oregon Public Health Division warned consumers against consuming Clover, Clover & Onion, Spicy Sprouts and Deli Sprouts produced by Sprouters Northwest.

The claims of all individuals represented by Marler Clark in this outbreak have been successfully resolved.
