Salmonella illness was not statistically associated with any food item or combination of foods; but an environmental investigation revealed a broken food-dicer that had the potential to contaminate freshly diced foods. Cultures were done from food-handlers, food, and the restaurant environment, and Salmonella berta was found in a restaurant floor drain.
Marler Clark's Salmonella lawyers represented 9 individuals who fell ill after consuming contaminated food at the restaurant in claims.
