According to public health officials victims became ill with after eating alfalfa sprouts and/or spicy sprouts from Evergreen Produce of Moyie Springs, Idaho. # Symptoms of Salmonella Infection Symptoms of Salmonella infection include diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, nausea, and/or vomiting.
