Attendees included various professional food safety professionals, including: quality assurance, product development, operations, ingredient suppliers, service providers (laboratories and sanitation chemicals), and small businesses. During the conference, Bill spoke to a group of 150 attendees about the regulatory and legal landscape, offering his perspective as a foodborne illness attorney representing those sickened as a result of foodborne outbreaks.
