Top food poisoning attorney Bill Marler will be sitting on two panels at this year's NEHA conference. On June 18, he will be sharing his thoughts on how the recently passed Food Safety Modernization Law will be implemented and who will be responsible for enforcement. On June 20, he will take part in an interactive raw milk mock trial which will allow the audience to act as jury as attendees learn about the legal issues surrounding foodborne illness lawsuits as well as the issues regarding raw milk itself.
