Bruce Clark has been involved on both sides of foodborne illness litigation for nearly 20 years. On October 20, he will be sharing some of the knowledge he’s cultivated at the Illinois Environmental Health Association annual conference in Peoria, Illinois.
In his hour-long presentation at the Hotel Père Marquette, Mr. Clark discussed the potential legal impacts to a business during a foodborne illness outbreak as well as the course of action Marler Clark takes in representing victims in an outbreak.
