Bruce Clark at British Columbia Food Protection Association

Food safety Attorney Bruce Clark will be discussing the history of foodborne illness at the B.C. Food Protection Association 2011 Symposium.

The two day event is designed to engage BC food chain participants including business operators, producers, senior management, and food safety/quality professionals to develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of their food safety programs.

The conference will be held November 8-9 at the Coast Hotel & Convention Centre in Langley, BC.
