Bill Marler, the nation’s leading food safety attorney, was one of three speakers at the 6th annual Conference for Food Safety and Quality Secton on the Importance of Detection Methods for Food Safety and Quality. Mr. Marler shared his thoughts on the state of foodborne illness outbreaks and the legal issues that surround them.
