PITTSBURGH -- Months after Frank Rossi ate at the Chi-Chi's at the Beaver Valley Mall in Beaver County, he's still suffering from hepatitis A.
Rossi was one of 660 people diagnosed with the disease after an outbreak occurred at the Mexican chain restaurant. Three people, including Rossi's friend John Spratt, died from hepatitis A.
Rossi has suffered through dehydration, high fever, a host of complications and blood infections and 40 blood transfusions.
Doctors in Pittsburgh, where Rossi has been for the past few months, are calling his current condition "guarded critical" and still don't know when he'll be released.
