Marler Clark donates $5,000 to International Association for Food Protection

Marler Clark, the Food Safety Law Firm, continues to offer support to the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). This month the lawyers in our firm decided to donate to the IAFP Foundation and contributed $5,000 towards student travel scholarships - when the time comes to travel again.

The IAFP Foundation supports the Student Travel Scholarship program, which assists in the costs of students who travel to and attend the annual IAFP conference. This opportunity affords the students an experience in which they can participate in the world's leading food safety conference with professionals in the food safety industry from around the world. In 2019, the IAFP Foundation helped to fund 21 students: 12 from North America, 5 from outside of North America and 4 from a country with a developing economy.
