A variety of participants allowed for a wide spectrum of perspectives and strategies for food policies in various countries. Foodborne illness attorney Bill Marler joined the former head of the FDA, Frank Yannis and President of the Institute of Food Science and Technology Sterling Crew, to address current and emerging risks in the food safety crisis.
