On February 21 at 9:30-10:15AM PST, foodborne illness plaintiffs attorney William Marler will give a presentation titled Some Recent and Emerging Trends in Foodborne illness Litigation. Marler will work with defense attorney Al Maxwell to discuss recent trends in foodborne illness litigation and where that litigation is headed in the year ahead.
