Bellevue Rotary Club - June 2023

The Bellevue, Washington Rotarians asked Bill Marler to attend one of their meetings to discuss the current issues in food safety in our country. The Seattle E.coli Jack in the Box outbreak was shown to be evidence of how a breach in food safety protocol can result in catastrophic illness and death in the most vulnerable populations of consumers, children. Many of the members questions Bill about his involvement in foodborne illness litigation and also about the progress of food safety in Washington companies like Costco and Amazon.
